Submission details

Authors are invited to submit original, previously unpublished research papers (written in English). Workshop papers will be published as a joint ServiceWave workshops post-proceedings in the Springer LNCS Services Science series.

Full research papers must not exceed 8 pages in the Springer LNCS style format describing novel solutions to relevant problems. We also welcome a stream for short papers for work-in-progress and/or position statements (particularly, from industry). Short papers (position papers / work-in progress papers) must not exceed 6 pages in Springer LNCS style format describing particular challenges or experiences relevant to the scope of the workshop.
